Yay it's Friday. I actually took off work early today and made it a half day. I took advantage of the adult lap swim at the local Y. I am not a great swimmer but I am trying to get more comfortable in the water by trying out drills and increasing my endurance. I swam about 3/4 mile in various drills and front crawl. I wish the stoke development session at the Y wasn't canceled so I could get some coaching on my swimming technique. When I got home I made myself a ham & provolone melted wrap with some homemade veggie soup & a pear. The rest of the night I hope to get in some reading and spend some quality time with the fiance (TF).
